MSI-Forks USA plans forklift-arm HQ in Rock Hill
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A British forklift-arm company will open its North American headquarters in Rock Hill later this year, adding 33 jobs, the Charlotte Business Journal reported.
MSI-Forks USA Inc. will build a new $3.5 million facility in Antrim Business Park and move its existing manufacturing and distribution operation, which is also in Rock Hill, to the new building.

Late last year, MSI-Forks negotiated a 40% reduction in its property tax rate in exchange for expanding in York County. The S.C. Coordinating Council for Economic Development also agrees to grant York County $55,000 to make improvements related to the project.
The new 40,000-square-foot building is expected to be in operation during the second quarter of this year. Those interested in working at MSI-Forks should email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rock Hill Mayor Doug Echols says local residents will appreciate the new jobs.
