Aurobindo Pharma USA selects Durham for R&D manufacturing center and 275 jobs

DURHAM, N.C. — Supported by incentives under the North Carolina Job Development Investment Grant (JDIG) program plus Durham economic development incentives, Aurobindo Pharma USA is investing over $31.7 million in a new state-of-the-art national headquarters for specialty pharmaceutical R&D.

The company expects to create 275 new R&D and pharma-manufacturing jobs in Durham. The company currently employs 14 scientists and workers in Raleigh.
