Gesipa Fasteners USA receives $160,000 grant, creates 16 new jobs

MOCKSVILLE, N.C. — A $160,000 grant awarded to the Town of Mocksville will be used to renovate a manufacturing facility at Gesipa Fasteners USA. The grant came from the N.C. Rural Infrastructure Authority.

GESIPA USA produces a wide variety of blind rivet options in both standard offerings and engineered special solutions along with automated riveting systems, air powered and battery operated tools that accommodate a vast range of industries and applications.

The renovations will allow for the creation of 16 additional jobs at the plant, according to a news release from the governor’s office.  Check for Gesipa Fasteners USA jobs here.

Mocksville Town Manager Christine Bralley said the money will go toward electrical, plumbing, compressed air and other interior upgrades at the 83,000-square-foot plant. The grant is part of a $365,000 capital investment at the facility, according to the release.
